Boat Slip Assignments

There are an insufficient number of boat slips to provide access to one for all owners of Snowshoe Village and/or Pine Bluff "opt-in" members. All currently available boat slips are assigned by lease to specific units within Snowshoe Village and/or Pine Bluff. Prospective buyers and current owners at Snowshoe Village and Pine Bluff without a slip assigned to their unit should note that the number of slips is capped by state and local permits at the current number. Because we are at the capacity set by regulatory agencies additional slips will not become available! Existing unit specific leases may only transfer when there is a change in ownership of the unit and only then, to the next owner of the property holding the lease. A boat slip may not be sublet independent of the unit holding the lease and is only for the exclusive use of that unit's owners and their guests. Slips are not available to lease to persons outside of the association.
